Functional performance:

Anti-bending connector is a special connecting tool for overhead transmission line stringing construction, which is used to link guide rope and traction rope in the traction and laying process. The anti-bending connector does not damage the rope, and can bear large bending moment without deformation and damage under rated load. It can pass the traction machine drum and tension wheel of the tension machine, as well as various paying off pulleys. It has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, high strength, round shape, convenient assembly and disassembly.

Technical principle:

The anti-bending connector bears the tension through the U-ring and the bolt pin shaft covered with a stick to connect the two ends of the traction rope and insert the lock catch. It is made of high-strength alloy steel by integral forging and heat treatment. Its material has excellent tensile and bending resistance. Its external dimension is short and compact. When it bears radial load, the force arm is short and the bending moment is small.

Points for attention:

1. It is forbidden to overload the anti-bending connector.

2. Before using the anti-bending connector, check and confirm that all parts are in good condition.

3. When the anti-bending connector is used, the roller must be installed, the pin of the acid complex shaft should be tightened, and it can swing flexibly after connection.

4. The anti-bending connector shall not be mixed with corrosive articles to avoid corrosion.
